1/4 Beef CUSTOM Deposit

$6/pound based on hanging weight (approx 190lbs) and INCLUDES processing fees. This is approximately 100lbs packaged beef.  

$200 deposit. See staff in store to fill out required paperwork. Remainder will be billed prior to fulfillment. Invoice must be paid in full to receive the order.

Short Ribs, Tenderized Round (approx 7lbs), Ground Beef (80/20; qty 35-45lbs)
