$5.00/lb based on hanging weight (approx 370lbs) and INCLUDES processing fees. This is approximately 210lbs packaged beef.  

$300 deposit. See staff in store to fill out required paperwork. Remainder will be billed prior to fulfillment. Invoice must be paid in full to receive the order.
