1/2 Beef CUSTOM (deposit)

$5.50/lb based on hanging weight (approx 370lbs) and INCLUDES processing fees. This is approximately 210lbs packaged beef.  

$300 deposit. See staff in store to fill out required paperwork. Remainder will be billed prior to fulfillment. Invoice must be paid in full to receive the order.

Steaks

Ribeye (1"; qty 14-16), Sirloin (.75"; qty 5-6), CHOICE of T-Bone (qty 11) or NY Strip (1"; qty 10-12) & Filet Mignon (1.5"; 5-7), Flat Iron and Chuck Eye (optional with extra fee)

Roasts

Bone-in Chuck (3-5lbs; qty 3), Sirloin Tip (3-5lbs; qty 2), Brisket (qty 1)

Other

Short Ribs (qty; 2), Tenderized Round (optional extra fee), Ground Beef (80/20; qty 60-75lbs)

Fat and marrow bones are available upon request.
