📌 Recipe 1: Classic Beef Sliders
Mini burgers with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and special sauce on Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients:
For the Sliders:

1 lb ground beef from Red River Beef
-
1 tsp salt
-
Seasoning from Red River Beef
-
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
12 Hawaiian rolls
-
6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 large onion (thinly sliced)
-
1 tbsp butter
For the Special Sauce:
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tsp mustard
-
1 tsp pickle relish
-
½ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
-
Caramelize the onions: Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Make the burger patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 12 small patties.

Cook the patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 3 minutes per side.

Melt the cheese: Place cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly.

Make the special sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and garlic powder.

Assemble sliders: Spread the sauce on the Hawaiian rolls, add a patty, and top with caramelized onions. Serve warm.

📌 Recipe 2: Loaded Beef Nachos
Tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, jalapeños, and sour cream.
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef from Red River Beef
-
1 tbsp taco seasoning from Red River Beef
-
½ cup water
-
1 bag tortilla chips
-
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
-
½ cup pickled jalapeños
-
½ cup diced tomatoes
-
½ cup sour cream
-
¼ cup chopped green onions
-
½ cup guacamole (optional)
Directions:

Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble the nachos: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Evenly layer beef, cheese, jalapeños, beans, tomatoes, and olives.

Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Top and serve: Remove from oven and drizzle sour cream on top. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with guacamole on the side.

📌 Recipe 3: Beef Queso Dip
Creamy melted cheese dip with spicy ground beef and Rotel.
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef from Red River Beef
-
1 tbsp taco seasoning from Red River Beef
-
1 (16 oz) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
-
1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies)
-
½ cup milk
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp paprika
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions:

Cook the beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning.

Melt the cheese: In a saucepan or slow cooker, add Velveeta cheese, Rotel, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir occasionally until melted.

Combine: Mix in the cooked beef and stir well.

Serve: Keep warm in a slow cooker on "low" and serve with tortilla chips.

Juicy beef meatballs tossed in a tangy BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef from Red River Beef
-
½ cup breadcrumbs
-
1 egg
-
¼ cup milk from a local dairy
-
1 tsp salt
-
3 tsp seasoning from Red River Beef
For the BBQ Sauce:
-
1 cup BBQ sauce from Red River Beef
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:

Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, and seasonings. Form into 1-inch balls.

Cook the meatballs:

Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake meatballs on a greased baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.

Slow Cooker Method: Place raw meatballs in a slow cooker.

Make the BBQ sauce: In a saucepan, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine: Toss cooked meatballs in the BBQ sauce and serve warm.
