Switch it up this weekend with these Mahi Mahi fish tacos 🌮
Light, fresh, and perfect for hot summer nights.
Ingredients:
1 lb Mahi Mahi (fresh or thawed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Corn or flour tortillas
For the slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season fish with oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-sear Mahi Mahi for 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.
Combine slaw ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
Warm tortillas and flake the fish.
Build your tacos with slaw, fish, and toppings like avocado, salsa, and lime.
